- May construct a memorial structure which shall not exceed 3 M in height and may contain four (4) above ground vaults
- Landscaping, improvements or fencing the property line shall not be constructed outside the build-able area
- Each of the twelve (12) lots measures 2.5 M X 1 M
- May Inter twenty-four (24) bodies and four (4) bones or cinery remains
- May construct a memorial structure which shall not exceed 3 M in height and may contain four (4) above ground vaults

- Each of the twenty-four (24) lots measures 2.5 M x 1 M
- May Inter fourty-eight (48) bodies and four (4) bones or cinery remains
- May construct a memorial structure OR MAUSOLEUM which shall not exceed 4 M in height, an open memorial structure may contain a maximum six (6) above ground vaults.
- A CLOSED MAUSOLEUM may contain a maximum twelve (12) above ground vaults.
- Fencing the property line shall not exceed 30 cm in height
- Comfort room is allowed in the mausoleum
